I am writing on behalf of Renaud HVAC & Controls. During the past several years, our university has been working with Tom Nicalek and his company on numerous heating and ventilation projects. The company offers high quality service and we have always been satisfied with their work. They are professional, knowledgeable and respond quickly and timely. Their experienced office staff & field crews have made them one of the preferred HVAC repair contractors. Their staff provides timely and accurate estimates and pricing during the development and bidding phases, and their field crews provide quality service within the required time restraints. We are a facility of higher learning, we house 4500 students and on any given day, including commuter students, we can have up to 10,000 students on campus. As you can imagine, heating during the cold winter months and cooling during the scorching hot summer months is a high priority to our campus community; so quick, timely and efficient service is what we look for. We have found this is in Renaud HVAC & Controls.
