I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Renaud HVAC & Controls, Inc. Over the past 4 years I have had the pleasure of working with Tom Nicalek and his staff on many important projects associated with Mercy Hospital. As you know any Healthcare construction or renovations project can be difficult due to the nature of our business. Mr. Nicalek and his staff have a tremendous amount of skill, ability and the know how needed to work in a healthcare environment.

During the last four years Tom and his team has been involved in the
• Complete Renovation of our ED
• Over the last 2.5 years Renaud HVAC has worked to complete the entire renovation of our 180 bed med surge unit
• In 2011they were chosen to complete the HVAC needed to the renovate CSP
• Presently they are working on a 25 phase project in our OR’s to replace the hot water reheat loop and controls to 15 OR’s.

As you can see from the above list Renaud HVAC has worked in some of the most critical areas of this facility. We at Mercy Hospital are confident in the abilities of Renaud HVAC and look forward to working with them on future projects.
